BreakfastFront desk person was not that knowledgeable about local area. Didn't know where Old Town area was. Shower, had to climb into very high shower area. At 77 years old I did not feel this was safe. At least I am tall, a short person would need a stool. I'm almost fell.

Läget, servicen från personalen utmärkt.För varmt i rummet. Dålig ventilation i rummet, ingen ac. Endast portabel fläkt som inte räcker till. Glutenfria frukosten fanns inte framme ngn av dagarna. Varken bröd eller annat.

Det beste var at vi fikk en oppgradering fra juniorsuite til topp suite. Flott rom!Manglet shampoo på rommet. Vi bestilte frokost på rommet. burde vært av typen continental frokost som standard og tileggsbestillinger. Manglet elementære ting som salt/pepper og smør. Ellers alt helt topp. God mat på Svea Hof

Otroligt trevlig Personal både i reception, städ och på frukosten, man känner sig verkligen välkommen. Fina rum och mysig frukostrestaurang. Hotellet ligger i en trevlig del av Göteborg. Inget, möjligtvis sänka priset lite ;). Vi brukar bo på avenyn, på Park Avenue, och det är lite lägre pris på rummen där.

Miljön på hotelletNi måste lösa frågan kring laddning av elbil som ni kan lösa för era gäster. Var väldigt nära att boka Hotel Avalon som har denna möjlighet. Hotell Post (och andra hotell i GBG) samarbetar med med Nordstans parkeringshus. Viktigt för mig att kunna sätta parkeringsavgiften på rummet vilket fungerar på både Post och Avalon. Vill helst inte behöva byta hotell. Har bott regelbundet hos er sedan 2004.

FrukostenAnvisat rum var väldigt kallt pga ett vädringsfönster inte gick att stänga. Påpekade detta och damen i receptionen försökte stänga det utan framgång. Fanns tydligen ingen annan på hotellet som kunde hjälpa henne. Hon anvisade oss ett annat rum som inte antagligen var förberett för gäster den dagen, bl,a, saknades 2 mineralflaskor som brukar ingå i de luxerummet. vi brukar regelbundet när vi reser i Svarige bo på Elite hotel bra standard och goda vilkor. Så var tyvärr inte denna vistelse, kallt på rummet och inget varmvatten på morgonen då vi skulle avresa tidigt. Information om detta hade inte nått oss. Man påstod att det hade stått utanför hissen men vi var tidiga på rummet så vi hade inte sett det då vi kom via Bishop Arms

The hotel has two Executive Suites that can be arranged in different combinations and thus have areas between 80 and 200 m2. Both Executive Suites are elegantly furnished with exclusive furniture, material choices and interior details. Fruit and a bottle of wine waiting on arrival. Each suite has a beautiful bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as exclusively selected products including toothbrush and shaving kit. Of course, a bathrobe and slippers are included.
The Svea suite is an elegant and impressive suite with a living room and three bedrooms. It was here that the director lived when the house was owned by Svea Brand- and Lifförsäkringbolag. The Sveas suite is also the largest at 200 m2.
The Maharaja suite is a unique experience with beautiful furnishings and an exclusive atmosphere. There is also the unique and heritage-listed wooden ceiling by Jonhondel & Richter. The suite of 80 m2 consists of a living room, a bedroom, a large hall and two bathrooms. If necessary, the Maharaja's suite can be opened up to the Maharaja's hall and then becomes 150 m2 in size.
